E' stato confermato: Myrna Smith deve sottoporsi regolarmente a dialisi a causa del malfunzionamento renale che l'ha colpita e il trattamento che la sta debilitando moltissimo.
 Tramite il Fan Club danese, è stato fatto sapere che Myrna ha bisogno del conforto e supporto di più persone possibili per superare questo difficile momento e conta moltissimo sui fans di Elvis.
