Elvis si esibisce al Pine bluff High School Auditorium, Pine Bluff, AR alle 19.30 e 21.30

Nella sua continua ricerca di ingaggi per Elvis, attraverso tutto il paese, il Colonnello contatta A.V. “Bam” Bamford, influente promoter che si è guadagnato credibilità a Nashville prenotando Hank Williams all’inizio degli anni ’50 e che ora vive in California. Parker informa Bamford che Elvis è “un grade artista, ma necessita di un ottimo lancio pubblicitario, prima di poter essere considerato un buon investimento”

Elvis è in Florida e si esibisce al Baseball Park di Jacksonville
Dopo il primo spettacolo Elvis ha un collasso nel parcheggio e viene portato all’ospedale, dove i medici stabiliscono che è troppo stanco e sfinito e gli dicono di rallentare il ritmo

Steve Sholes organizza una session di registrazione alla Radio Recorders Hollywood, CA, affinchè Elvis possa registrare il singolo “Loving You” ancora una volta , ma durante la session, che dura dalla 10 del mattino alle 18.30, Elvis rivolge la sua attenzione su altro materiale e registra “ Don't Leave Me Now”, “I Beg Of You”, “One Night”, “True Love” e “I Need You So”. Le canzoni “I Beg Of You” e “One Night” sono le candidate per il nuovo singolo

Il Colonnello informa che, da quando Elvis è entrato nell’esercito, hanno fatturato oltre $50.000, senza che ad Elvis fosse richiesto di lavorare

Elvis arriva allo Studio B della RCA di Nashville in tenuta da cow boy, completo di gambali, per registrare la parte vocale sulle tracce strumentali che sono già state fatte. Alcune vengono completate oggi, ma parecchie dovranno rimanere in attesa che Elvis torni ad Hollywood.
L’inizio delle riprese ormai è stato deciso per il 3 marzo. Mentre Elvis è a Nashville, al ranch continuano i lavori con la consegna di un casa prefabbricata per il guardiano, un capanno per il magazzino e l’installazione di un quarto di miglio di recinto in legno compensato.

Come succede quasi sempre nella serata di chiusura, c’è la battaglia con l’acqua.

Per questo tour all’International Hotel di Las Vegas, Elvis ha tenuto ben 51 concerti

L’album “On Stage – Febrary 1970” viene certificato disco d’oro dalla RIAA
